Overview

Today, telemedicine is one of the fastest growing sectors in healthcare. Specifically, COVID-19 has enhanced and accelerated the role that telemedicine plays within our healthcare system. It is reshaping the landscape of healthcare delivery in the United States, and is being recognized as the future of global healthcare. Telehealth addresses and achieves the basic tenants of Healthcare Reform: providing the population with access to improved and convenient, high quality patient centric care, enhancing outcomes, while reducing per capita expenditures. Today, more than 70 percent of hospitals throughout the United States are engaged in telehealth programs. Studies have shown that the benefits of telehealth include significantly improved outcomes, efficient care delivery as well as reduction in mortality rates, hospitalizations, length of stay, readmissions and healthcare costs. Telehealth has greatly enhanced access to quality care in rural areas and patient satisfaction has increased due to its convenience and patient centric approach.

We have created an exciting, high level forum featuring knowledgeable leaders and executives from the nation's leading Hospitals and Health Systems who will share their perspectives, valuable insights and expertise on how to be best equipped for the rapidly evolving and exciting landscape of telehealth. This exclusive event targets senior level executives in order to maximize educational and networking opportunities.

We look forward to greeting you in Las Vegas!

A Systematic Guide to Advance Telemedicine and Transform the Delivery of Healthcare

This new healthcare landscape is inspiring organizations to advance innovative digital health ecosystems that more effectively coordinate patient care. Over the past decade, the healthcare industry developed technologies that document chronic conditions, enable improved provider-patient engagement, and empower patients in ways we've only just begun to realize. The industry must now move to fully integrate technology, processes, and products on dynamic and malleable platforms that enable providers to enhance efficiencies, contain costs, and achieve improved health outcomes while also addressing social determinants of health through patient-centric personalized precision medicine. To accomplish this goal, providers must deploy a systematic implementation process and infuse telemedicine throughout the entire healthcare system and within the patient’s journey.

The objective of the workshop is to provide attendees with a detailed guide on how to implement a comprehensive telemedicine program and identify key features that can be integrated into their existing organizational structure and digital health ecosystem. Using industry best practices, participants will be guided through the stages of an implementation process and receive the knowledge and tools to fully integrate telemedicine.

We generate data from the patient's home, between office visits, without needing to increase practice resources. Live Care Coordinators regularly communicate with patients and perform the non-clinical work necessary practices to bill Medicare & Medicare Advantage. Verustat has data that suggests if your hypertensive patients are compliant with our program, they may have reductions of 15% in SBP, 10% in DBP, and 13% in MAP after just 6 months of monitoring.
